I find the website to be faster and easier to navigate. An app should be lightweight and faster than the website rather than feel like a partially pieced together web browser that doesn't hold up to other top browsers like Chrome and Firefox. it's also infuriating the amount of stuff I have to scroll through or filter just to see products vs. ads.

Great app. Less sellers than Amazon, but sellers are usually of a higher quality (in my experience) so it balances out. Nice intuitive app. Lots of sales. Also, the customer service is really nice. My biggest gripe is that you can't edit reviews. I edit reviews on the play store a lot because things change, products lose quality, I notice issues after leaving a review, etc. but you can't do that on Chewy. I think it's an issue. Also, there is no share button (that I can see).

I have been using chewy and autoship for my pet supplies for a couple of years with zero problems! It took some trial and error to figure out the frequency of shipment that works for us, but it has been easy to move the shipment up or push it back when needed. I can easily skip, remove, and add new items to the autoship order so I can switch up the treats each order without having to 'shop' for the basics. Shipping is fast, and it was easy to get a human on the phone when I needed to.
