Ratings and reviews

Was not able to create an account, or make any reservations. Anything I attempted on this app was met with an error message stating "We ran into a problem. We're straightening it out right now". Completely unusable! Edit: to the support team, all steps were taken and nothing has changed. No reservations can be made. Ive only just downloaded the app today, but reinstalled just in case. Still does not work!

I had fraud on my credit card. I couldn't switch my credit card information on time and was never told there was a problem with my payment. But 2 days ago, I received a notification about a problem with my payment method and my membership was cancelled. I reached out asking for reinstatement and they said it would cost more and I lost my rollover credits and can't get them back. I effectively just lost $50 because of terrible company practices. Don't use this app/company.

Downgraded to 1 star. The classes in this area have become way too expensive credit-wise. Availability has been super volatile, with studios closing, no longer offering on classpass, changing their schedule options. Incredibly frustrating to get a good schedule and rhythm going to have to hard shift. Running down the credits I have and uninstalling. Updating to add, I went to cancel my ClassPass and it says that I won't keep ANY or the unused credits despite I've already paid for them? Insane.
