Ratings and reviews

Very useful app usually, let's me get to and from work. Only issue is frequent bug when booking, input pick up and destination with a card payment in place, and app says 'something went wrong' - no details about what and re-attempting booking doesn't work, even restarting app/phone doesn't help. I haven't noticed a particular trigger or pattern, so it just happens randomly. Aside from this annoyance, the app is great and very useful.

The prices are competitive, but the app is not reliable where the time estimate of when the driver should arrive at the pick up point is always way off compared to Uber and bolt, and it doesn't show you the progress of the driver on the map. I had just cancelled a ride for the reason where I'm just seeing the driver's car stationary on the map for 5 minutes and got charged a £3 cancellation fee. Absolutely ridiculous.

I've been using this app for a long time with no issues, until I had to change my payment card. I tried twice to save my new card, thought that maybe the £1 charge each time had to clear in my bank before it did, but still no saved card. I got in contact with app help and they said was they were working on it, and to keep an eye out for a update in the app store. Tried Google pay but it tries to use my old deleted card?! Huh? My Google pay is updated so why? Need to get cash out every other day!
