Ratings and reviews

It used to be a useful app, however, since they've introduced the fees, it's became really annoying. People book with the driver in private, without paying the fees. Drivers leave the trip as "available" and when you text them they say it's full and they can't take you. Then cancel the trip, right? It's happened too many times lately and I've decide to stop using the app as it's a waste of time, basically, 90% of the trips that show are not available.🙄

Really good easy app with no faults. Easy to request cheap rides with easy refunds in the case of cancellation or ride decline. A good place to ulpoad a routein the case of spare seats for travellers and passengers who are in need of a quicker cheaper alternative than public transport! Bla bla takes more cars off the road and allows for better and cheaper transport with good stories to be shared along the way! The app is free, create an account, upload your journeys and/or request a ride!

I've used Blablacar for years when traveling in Western Europe, and need a more certain ride than hitchhiking. It's often faster, cheaper and more experienceful than a bus or train. All good experiences! I like the app and the service and don't really have any criticisms. Driver's phone number should be always visible after booking.

In this version of BlaBlaCar, we've made a few tweaks and done a bit of fine-tuning to make the app even easier to use!
