The application has just worsened after the recent update. It keeps on giving error messages, that app is under service. And few of the features have stopped working. And top everything, the customer service does not respond and the statements are having coded transaction details(which should be atleast understandable to the end user). It seems the IT team, forgot to test before they released the upgrade. So my experience has become from worst to nightmare.

After and during they update the system, the credit transaction crashed. Only tap purchased will be post dated via SMS, but the credit transactions no update at all. I transfered 500aed on June 18, 2024 from my NBD to DIB account, until now no added 500aed in my DIB remaining balance. I tried to call their customer service hotline, but difficult to connect. One more, all my transaction in the apps had been erased after their maintenance.

I have tried several times and searched for a way to update my EID but I didn't find any option for that, It's very weird from a smart application doesn't have an option to update your EID or Passport through the app, and because of that. I had to open my account on the site to do that. Everything should be easy when it comes to have a smart app
