Ratings and reviews

can schedule rides ok, notifications are hit and miss...don't always get them. Lately, every time I try to open the map the app crashes. would be great if you could fix at least the mapping issue so I can track my person and make sure she gets to her destination

I the Google app won't let me create an account. It directed me to the website, but no visible place to create an account. It would be helpful if a Mobil app you could create an account on it.

I have to end up calling customer service. The app is useless. It will not let me book on it. I can't put money on the account. It's so annoying that you have to call customer service.
