My KYC has been pending for 8 days now, and the customer service does not seem to care about my problem. Some sort of bot has been replying to me on Telegram until now. There is no solution to my KYC, and I am starting to get very disturbed. I have money in that account, and for some reason, I want to make a withdrawal, and no one is helping me at the customer service to resolve this issue

Nous sommes navrés pour le désagrément cependant écrivez-nous un mail à support@ejara.africa afin qu'on puisse investiguer sur le problème et le résoudre. N'oubliez pas dans le mail d'être précis et de mettre également le numéro de ticket obtenu par notre bot...Merci

I can't access my funds. After depositing btc, I switched to saving, and upon coming back to the invest page, they're asking for my keys (which is not normal).. I put the keys correctly because I saved it, but they're rejecting it. Even the customer service is very slow

This is one of the worse apps I have used. Once you forget your password, that's all. You can't reset the password when you enter the code they send to you, they'll keep saying incorrect code and all your money in the app is gone. If you contact support they will forget keep saying they are working on the issue. Please mind how you keep your money on this app or better still don't.
