I haven't been able to log in since August. (And today is 16.10.24) The app asked to update you latest version while I'm already a version newer than that. At the login page, after I key in my pin, the yellow ball kept bouncing into an infinite loop. I was reading some of the comments, someone suggested to uninstall and reinstall the app, and it worked. Maybe when the developer of this app test run on their side, everything works and they didn't bother to read the comments. Do try it and see

The app needs to simplify navigation by reducing excessive links and clicks, making essential information easier to access. Additionally, integrating crucial features like i-Invest directly into the new app is essential, ensuring it meets or surpasses the functionality of the previous version. Ensuring clear and concise content layout and reducing maintenance downtime would greatly improve user satisfaction.

After update, app prompt pin number, key in it, the app keeps on loading forever. Try close n open apps again. The same things still happen. Before the update, apps was fine. Can access everything. I tried using web, suddenly said do not have valid mobile number for tac request. I had it done infront of the staff and they help me register the online account, what do you mean i dont have valid mobile number. Ridiculous
