Haiku provides authorised clinical users of Epic’s Electronic Health Record with secure access to clinic schedules, hospital patient lists, health summaries, test results and notes. Haiku also supports In Basket access and the ability to place and receive voice calls for care team collaboration.

Recent app update. Overall, like the design choices so far, and app is more responsive, but you can no longer look up a patient without going through a list! Patient search bar is gone! Mostly used epic for that function alone. Additionally, Android version is still missing critical features that iPhone has, such as ability to enter orders.

Notifications are a problem! Much like Slack, I would like to be able to pause notifications after working hours. Without this feature, this app is tedious to work with as I have to manually remember to pause and unpause notifications in the app before and after work on a daily basis. This is a must have feature.

Can't place orders. Can't see MAR. Can't see vitals easily. Layout is confusing and time consuming compared to the iOS version. App is janky overall. Got an iPhone though? Then Epic will cater to your needs, otherwise get lost my fellow Android "peasants". Recommend carrying a laptop with you at all times during rounds. You will be let down routinely
