Something is very wrong with the app since this month started. Pings do not come in like last time. After completing a job the ping stopped and silence for rest of the day. Occasionally 1 ping comes in and then silence again. Click offline and it isnt responsive have to press few times. Keep prompting message says app is put to sleep.

The button at the end of job (entering of other charges) should be Swipe instead of button to avoid accidental ending of job before keying in extra fees. On other hand, arrival at pickup point can be a button as u can't arrive if u are too far away on GPS anyway.

Navigation always hang. Price is at least 30% less market rate. Forget about the incentives, take calls from other platforms may earn you several times more. Please be realistic, your pricing in other country may not be suitable for Singapore
