Unable to add camera to app. Will not scan the QR code. Instructions indicate to reset, does not reset following the instructions. Camera stuck in a beeping mode every few seconds. Instructions indicate to check network. Does not provide a way to see if camera is connected to network. No lights flashing. Just the constant beeping that instructions say absolutely nothing about. Plugging and unplugging does nothing. Lights only came on the first time it was plugged in. Very frustrating. Incomplete

do NOT buy their lightbulbs!! I spent 5 hrs trying to set it up and NOTHING worked. I tried all the different ways to set it up and some didn't even take me to the next step, just sent me back to the main page. It did not want to connect, just spare yourself the headache and get another smart bulb from amazon or something. literally anything would be better than this garbage.

The quality is good, sound, night ir but if you have Cloud Storage it never shows up in app. Have to back out and in too many times for it to show up! Sometimes it just wont show. I spike with Nexxt support. They think its my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy s20 plus. All firmware is up to date and app.
