Ratings and reviews

The app and cameras work ok. I'm giving it 2 stars because I used to own about 5 of their previous iteration of cameras and loved the old app for them. The new app is horrendous. Words are cut short on every single page. It's very very glitchy and hard to get it to operate smoothly. I constantly have to reset it. I can't set it to record to an SD card 24 7 anymore. It takes a picture every hour for no reason and is not set to do so. It's just all around janky and cheap feeling. Had it 👍 before

The cameras are good but don't catch everything that goes on, maybe because they're motion activated? Wish the cords for the cameras were longer. They missed my outlets by a few feet, so I had to use extension cords for each camera. The app gets sticky, sometimes very slow to load. I had to return the 2 pack of indoor cameras because they wouldn't pair, but was issued a refund immediately and was told to keep the cameras. Still, overall a good value considering the cost compared to competitors.

App is sluggish, slow to respond at the best of times and downright refuses to perform actions at the worst, crashes frequently. Notifications about motion from the cameras aren't received until ten minutes after the motion is detected, cameras barely notice obvious motion then send notifications over shadows moving in broad daylight repeatedly, auto-track functions of the spotlight camera leaves the camera pointing in a random direction or starring at a wall.
