I have a doorbell. The alarms from the notification tab don't lead you to the time of alarm in the playback. It shows you the live stream instead. Then you need to painstakingly to locate the extact time frame of the playback. Why's it painful to navigate? First you need to remember the extact minutes and seconds from the previous view. The time slide control is tiny. A pixel off means watching the videos for minutes. No jump/skip buttons to help. The load time is long. Very difficult to use.

I've had these cameras for several years now. At first, they worked just fine even though there's a lag from the camera to the monitor. Now, the app keeps crashing, and the cameras shut down on their own. I had reset everything and no improvements. These cameras are a good beginner camera setup, but in order to have accurate and up to the very second monitoring with better security, you need to be hard wired. Being hard wired, you can definitely get better cameras and better resolution!

I like that I wasn't forced into an expensive subscription to view the cameras remotely but cloud storage is way more than I'll ever spend. I wish that the playback controls were more friendly. The playback slider is clunky and cumbersome. And you have to watch it in real time. 2x 3x etc. would be a very useful feature. For what I paid for, the image and reliability is quite good. This app could sure use some work.
