I made a money transfer On yesterday USD 1,879.1 through this app. nothing happened to the money.... I will not get my money back either.... two days now... I am in big trouble... please don't do this kind of work to the people.. if any one can see this... give me a feedback.. I send lots of email no one goven exact answer... please

The app is still very fresh and is not always intuitive. Firstly, if something goes wrong, you always get a generic "Oops, something went wrong" message and that's it. And things do go wrong, I experienced it firsthand. To understand what the problem is I had to write to support. Second, I had an incident when while transferring for currency A to currency B the transfer failed but the currency was already exchanged. Bottom line, it can be useful in some cases but in my case it didn't work.

Namaste ,It is the one of the beat app to send money worldwide, but please improve security if someone/somebody knows my login password then they will easily access the account.😥😢 Thank you Team Neema.
