Works for ordering food, but good luck redeeming any rewards or deals. If I've been able to get any of them to work, I usually get an error message during check-out, it redeems it in the app, but the restaurant has no history of it, so I never get them. And when I try to get support through the app, the App Feedback button literally does nothing when you tap it, and the customer service section leads to a blank page when you try to get help with online ordering... 👏🏼Slow. 👏🏼Clap. 👏🏼

I'm not sure if they're ever going to get it fixed, the flow and function of the app is okay. But I'm on the third different type of payment source with it, between credit and debit cards, and it instantaneously declines every payment method I attempt to use. Most definitely verified that there were more than enough sufficient funds. Also, apparently the reward system keeps going in and out. According to my local one.

This app is absolutely terrible, ordering process is complicated. Changing locations of where you're trying to pick up your food is even worse, and if you click "app feedback" or "contact us" If there's something wrong with your order or any kind of issue it doesn't work, Just takes you to a blank page, which I'm guessing is by design because if you have no method to complain they have no reason to fix it!!!
