Very poor quality. Badly designed and implemented. New update doesn't even allow me to login with my fingerprint, as it did before! App doesn't allow to top up with normal international credit cards. App is not able to show all plans and options subscribed to! And many other important issues! Very disappointing for an operator such as Omantel!!

When I want to top up, the app keeps taking the money from my bank account and then telling me that the payment failed. This is a regular occurance that happen 1 out of 3 times when I am topping up. And this doesnlt seem to be an issue from my phone because my mom had the exact same issue.

Worst application ever i used. Always kick me out and again log in and similar process. Often too much buggy not loading. Have to close then open close then open many times. I don't know what the company doing. Instead of doing multi millions in marketing yet the application productivity below poor. I guess this is the reason of it's downfall i request omantel team to use once companies like vodafone, ooredoo, renna etc companies application.
