Really don't appreciate the way they've progressively removed almost all meaningful functionality from the app. Customer service is terrible, but that's not an app issue. It's just that in the absence of a usable app, you have to rely on other help methods, which are unhelpful by design, much like the app.

The app states that I can extend bill payments for up to three weeks, but when I press “extension time” it does not allow me to do this. Please fix this so the extension option works as described, as it causes confusion and inconvenience.

Love this app! Not only does it show me where I’m up to with my bills, but it also makes saving feel like a fun challenge and has helped me become much more energy-wise by showing me what time of day I an using the most energy. I have gone from $56 a day down to some days being only $11.40 (winter) and being able to see my usage of solar at work. Bring on summer! Highly recommend this app.
