Ratings and reviews

Huge glitch, & problem with the practo app is tht it do not care about the privacy of the users, practo will never delete conversations u have with doctors. Even after u select the delete option the chats will never be deleted. The chats are still visible on the home page, i think practo use this data for their benifits. When informed this to customer care they told "our system are like tht only" its been lot of time that they have not improved this issue even in the latest version.

The App gives all incorrect information. I booked 2 different doctors appointment from 2 different hospital after seeing their availability on the app. Both the appointments were rejected from the hospitals stating their unavailability. Even after 10 mins of recieving the calls, status was not updated.

I am using this app on Google pixel 6 Pro and it does nor connect on audio or video call during consultation. Tried on Google pixel 6a the same result. Seems like a bug with Google pixel phones. Tried on Motorola phone and works flawless. It's been so long but still no bug fix for this issue. Sad unable to get a proper consultation even after paying the full amount due to this issue.
