This is by far the worst bank app I've used in my life, I'm not sure if testing the app before launching was part of it. It keeps logging you off multiple times,until you regret the time you decided to use it. Although it was launched recently, there hasn't been an effort to debug or update. Such a disappointment for a bank to have an app like that!!!

I've never in my life have seen an app that rings loud every time you open it, let alone a banking app. The new design runs slow and keeps crashing. It's more confusing and slower than the old one which used to even run smoothly on iPhone 5! and run faster and do everything. And why does this one ring uncontrollably loud every time you open? Is this a game? Whose idea was this?

Hello, the new design is good but it has greatly affected the application's performance in terms of response speed. It is not reasonable that it takes more than a minute to retrieve the home page information after logging in. I think that many of the widgets, gestures and images need to be reviewed, in addition to the error messages such as no internet and account statement in the token service.
