Ratings and reviews

One star, fix your rewards. Either revert them or fix it. What's the point of adding and clipping coupons in the store if they aren't being applied like they used to through the app checkout? Been going here for ten years and never had this issue until you changed your rewards. Will be telling others not to shop here until then. Edit: Also just realized the app is no longer tracking in-store purchases since MARCH 31?? That's actually insane, no wonder I have no reward points either lol

before it was very easy to use, click on the item you wanted & would get the discount, but now that doesn't work, it's very complicated. every single time im having problem when I'm using my card, because it didn't transfer to the card. have to call cashier to help, & sometimes it doesn't work anyway & they have to adjust the price manually 😔

The app never works for me, in-store I have clipped items not show up when checking out, trying to search the location of items has several things not listed and trying to pay for delivery/pickup never works. This is the only grocery store app that has these issues and it's frustrating as it's the closest one to me otherwise I'd of abandoned it long ago.
