The app has been great up until a couple months ago when the mobile version started freezing when using the remote keypad. Sometimes I can close & reopen the app multiple times and then it will work, but even that has become less & less effective. The issue only occurs in the mobile app. I do not have the problem when using my laptop. Unfortunately, my phone is the device I use most for remote work.

Can't seem to integrate with other premium connect wise control. Edit: finally got it to login and it just loads the control website that doesn't fit in my Galaxy s7 screen. Can't seem to open control sessions either. The app is just a web page display and doesn't seem to do anything else. Not a fan. Screen connect used to be good. Don't ruin it, connectwise!

The most recent update makes the app nearly impossible to use. Every time you zoom in and then try to activate the keyboard by swiping the menu down, the screen it's resized to fit your display making the screen unreadable on a phone display. This worked just fine before the update. Please fix ASAP! EDIT: Screen resizing issue fixed. Works great!
