Ratings and reviews

Notifications are delayed by more than an hour. The app loses its' mind frequently, requiring redefining robot, map, and schedule. It works, but not well. The opening animation is REALLY annoying, it takes far too long to open the app, while I watch a vacuum make multiple passes on my screen.

The app is constantly having glitches. I think it's time for an update. I will select a room I want done, and the vacuum will start vacuuming an unrelated area. It's also supposed to be sensitive to not run over stuff, but it's hitting the floor lamp and the Christmas tree base repeatedly until it says it's on a cliff.

Constantly deletes my map. Can't use "no go zones" I just want it to vacuum my kitchen. Without going anywhere else! Actual vacuum works great but what's the point of you can't tailor it like you're supposed to be able too! I can't keep it in my kitchen at all. ** I did reach out and spent time with CS only to have the same issue in 24 hours. It's pointless. Your app sucks!
