Best money I've ever spent. I don't really like to cook and I despise meal planning. This app makes it so simple. My son and I planned this weeks menu in like 10 mins. That included time substituting meals he didn't want. Recipes are easy and delicious. Set up is easy as well. I now have a diet that fits my macros and lost 10 lbs in a month. I haven't tried the workout portion but will be next week. I've reviewed the plans though and seems like they would be ideal.

The 1st app I've come across that has suggestions and recipes that are highly editable and still able to work in personal foods. I LOVE that it tracks the macros and advises if days are over or under. You do have to watch the portions closely. A lot of times, when you change a food item, the app will change the portion size of another food to fit your macros. It changes the portion size of my pro and pre workout protein shakes and I don't realize until I log the foods later. Worth paying for.

Great meal planner that adheres to special diets that's macro-centric rather than calorie-centric. The computer generation is great as it personalizes recipes for you, but I found it sometimes makes things more confusing by splitting up a recipie into weird fractions (5/12 of a ramen block?). If you're aware of that, you can plan accordingly for leftover ingredients, etc.
