We were looking to move to something more efficient. Our old vendor made some major updates that broke a bunch of things and we hadn't even finished tax season yet! I was sold on the demo and doing my own research. I tried the two week trial with the intention of signing up. The pricing model is fair and generous and there are a lot of features one gets. Ive tested with my staff and we are in! We are excited about the increased efficiency and will be consolidating 3 different platforms.

It was good. When I had two different companies filing with tax dome it seemed like there was no way to switch between them.

Very good, with the exception of not being able to control and sign free hand signature better. Otherwise very good!
