This app is awful. It asks for the user id for ANYTHING you click on AND it wouldn't recognize my user id and password just minutes after I created the account! ALSO, there are too many ads with every action, REALLY? The Providers app has ZERO ads and it SO much easier to use. A 1 star rating is too high for this app. Go to Providers!

Really stupid! I've to select a Picture, hope it's the right one for my state! Dah!!!! Make it be simple. Like entering the State Name in Two letters. Why are you trying to get me to switch to FIOS? DON'T WANT FIOS! TOOOOOOO EXPENSIVE! It should be a simple Log-In. Then I get access to my information. No garbage. SNAP, EBT, and CASH, if any. Plus other SNAP - EBT, and CASH INFORMATION normally available. I don't know all state pictures. Using a PULL-DOWN list of states, and or 2-letter state.

Vital to get food stamps don't get no answer to get an answer it's a machine or call back at a later date because of the closing time to opening time and then when I do get a return call my phone is on silent which I don't put it on silent
