Ratings and reviews

Very worst online travel agency there is period. I made a reservation with the wrong dates because they have the following month as the first available to make reservations, you have to search for the current month and I think that is very deceptive. They did nothing to resolve the issue. I highly recommend never to use this app. I regret it very much. If I could give them less than one star I would, I will no longer use Expedia for anything

Flight was fine. But they shouldn't be using Dollar Car rental as an option. Hidden fees and they charge you a fee to clean your car. $250 to be exact. When we turned our car in it was spotless! No smoking. No pets. No sand from the beach. I would highly recommend NOT using Dollar or Hertz as they are one in the same I found out. Bookers beware!

The ease of booking was great. The arriving in Africa to find out I did not actually have a room booked like I had paid for, been given a confirmation email and receipt for and having to find and pay for another room and then not being refunded for them having a fake listing on their sight, unacceptable. And the fact that the listing is still available for people to book is ridiculous. Will never book through Travelocity again and if negative 8 stars was a choice of rating, I would give that.
