Using the app is highway robbery. Aside from the hidden charges I've read about, they also don't offer the specials that they do in store or over the phone. Which makes no damn sense. I ordered on the app, for pick up and paid almost double of what they're charging for two chicken bowls in store. $10.99 for 2 bowls vs almost $20 for the same thing. It's bs!

Had a BOGO deal in the app. It said I need to order on the app, but I also need to be at the store to use it. That's confusing. Redeemed it when I got there, but little did I know, when you redeem a reward on this app you get a grand total of 60 seconds to use the reward before expiring. Between me not realizing I would only get 60 seconds and the cashier fumbling over how to get to the rewards on his side, I missed the opportunity and lost the BOGO deal. Don't expect to be rewarded by this app

When I first got the app there was "offers" all the time. I stopped eating at waba for a few weeks and now there isn't a single offer in the app. There is only the rewards I can spend my points on. What's the point of having "offers" if they aren't going to have them any more? Also, the offers time out too quickly. Most places have them time out after a hour. There time is barely a minute which is very problematic
