Ratings and reviews

After using for about 5 months, the app won't connect to the hearing aids if I turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on. The only way to reconnect is to turn off the hearing aids and turn them back on. They'll only stay connected if I leave Bluetooth on. Having to re-pair every time I turn off Bluetooth shouldn't be happening. Widex blames the phone and hasn't issued an app update in at least 6 months.

Horrible connection issues. I have been working with my audiologist and have taken my Moment hearing aids to her office twice in the last two months. I have android and iOS phones and repeated connection problems. This is so frustrating when you are trying to find some relief. Edit 5/10/2024. It took you almost a month to tell me this? That's is not very streamlined customer support for people with hearing problems. You would have been better off not responding.

Hi. As noted elsewhere, the functionality for the app is lacking. Here are some basic changes: Remove the picture from the program list. It's wasted space. Make that space a list. Put the program current on the aid at the top in a static field. I don't remember what I last set it to. Provide a customizable list of the programs so I can put mine at the top. Provide an option *do not send* phone system sounds (text, etc) to the aids. I don't want that nagging me or to change my notifications.
