I am working as a delivery partner with you, and in two days, I took 4 delivery, but the problem which I faced is, the vendor doesn't enter the complete address of the pick up point not for the drop point, they just tag the location, and in every delivery they tag wrong drop location due to which I need to travel extra kms in every delivery. So my honest review is , vendor must input complete address and correct location else very soon you will loosing your partners..

Hi I have a concern to you, there is a mismatch or mis calculations in the distances in borzo app compared with google maps.... Every order is like that only but am I have few screen shots for you to look forward and take necessary action. the order from person to point A and point A to B(whole route) is showing less in borzo app than in Google map. vehicle travelled distance matches with the Google maps respective by the path followed by the rider. And there is no proper supportive team

Customer is mentioning item different giving different items, always weight issue, mentioned up to 1 kg but there is totally different and other things. No support for rider on time, Have to rider friendly also Here I'm putting some issues 1. Mentioned item not getting 2. Mentioned weight not getting 3. Gps navigation is not correct lots of time 4. Waiting time 5. Rider is waisting time check in for pick up, going inside building, going on floors , entry point, parking point, same also drop
