Update : 9/4/24 the love tap option disappeared from app. Why? Nice watch for price point. I think the app leaves a bit to be desired, it has basic needs. The love tap option doesn't work, which is very disappointing. Even when the person has been added and request has been accepted. I tried to shut everything off and restart but it has not changed. I love that you can change the watch screen design. I wish it had other location options. Like it could tell you on a map where the watch is.

This app keeps failing! Now it will not install, because it will not acknowledge my email even if I try to reset my password it's in limbo! I just got this watch last month and most days it is not tracking my steps! Received an error message on my app, which would not allow me access; hence, the reason I uninstalled and then tried to reinstall the app! I am work and I have spent too much time this weekend trying to get it to just charge properly!

can't connect, waste of money (edit: they respond to reviews to essentially call their customers stupid and to 'just try turning it off and on again'. this is also reflected in their faq on their company website. unfortunately, a power reboot doesn't fix the lack of bluetooth connectivity to the app. again, if you're standing in the aisle at walmart right now, do NOT waste your money.)
