- This is the companion app for sports and equipment. Our healthy users are better wearables for sports enthusiasts. It is easy to use but the steps don't match the distance who does 3 km in 5000 steps? Noone does. it doesn't add up because of my thread mill and other apps it says different and is way more realistic. this adds up the distance on double. This is not accurate. The watch isn't much accurate to.

I got my watch today and have been trying to sign up and every time I try and create a password it tells me it needs to be 6-16 characters long including letters and numbers so I have tried creating multiple passwords making sure there was enough of each and still get told the same exact thing each time. I was really hoping to use this watch to help me out when I got to work to keep track of time and also keep count of my steps but it just doesn't seem to want to work

it's fine. everything seems to be working as it should, except there's a problem not able to add exercise to my sport card. please fix it. update: everything is great now, after contacting customer service & they resolved the issues.
