All is good with this app, till today i send money to my daughter ,but she couldnt take them because she dont have an identity card, but she have a driving permit with her picture and a copy of her passport on her phone , i find that very stupid ,since most of the kids have an identity with no picture or with a baby picture, even the passport they didnt accept a copy

Honestly, the app has a glitch, they want us to take a direct picture of the passport that is biometric and the picture won't be clear. It took us 30 mins for the verification to be accepted on the app. Ray from Whish Achrafieh is a very nice and patient employee. But the back office customer service 0.

There such a technical error that occurred when I transfer my account from phone to another , even when I log out from the first phone and try to log in in the other a message appear telling me to log out from the first phone , it is such an annoying thing, I hope you fix it quickly, I appreciate your efforts ☺️.
