This app won't let me log in. It keeps saying my credential are invalid, yet with the same information I am able to log on via the web. Tried uninstalling and installing with no success. People at the credit union keep telling me that I need to put in the right password and it should work. The password is right!! update: the new update says there is no connection and won't let me log in. worse than the previous version.

I was getting the same connection message for several days. I decided to delete the app from my phone and then reloaded it. It seems to be working fine now. My biggest issue with FFCU is that despite all the comments about the app, no one from the company had the decency to comment or let us know they are aware and fixing the problem. Come on guys!

Update: no change! Installed app & prompted to open. Pressed open, the screen displayed Foothil... and that was it. Unable to do anything. Closed the app thru play store and opened app thru the icon. The same thing happened again. Reopened play store & uninstalled app. Tried reinstalling, the same thing happened again. Guess I should have remembered if you want a different reaction it requires a different approach. Your rating should allow for less than 1 star. App doesn't deserve a star.
