Way better than the previous one. The graphics has evolved and interesting new features included. However it still needs improvement. 1. The balance inquiry section has to be on the main page for ease of access 2. "Login/Logout" and "add another account " options has to be provided within the app incase someone wanted to access his another accounts or just log out. 3.As a sensitive transaction app, it lacks security. Once you logged in, you can access the app anytime without logging in again

I a retired old staff of CBE and like any people I use CBE birr even though transaction limited due to activities difference not involved in business. The same way experience to get rehearse and have more knowledge to use digital service has got its on part to have side effects. Please give me chance to get reserved balance where EEU failed to collect the month June consumption maybe on weekends not able to reach it.
