1. Download the App

2. Select your delivery location on the map

3. Choose the food category, then the meal from the category selected, followed by your choice of “Regular” or “Spicy” then the quantity desired.

4. After picking your desired meals, click on the red “Confirm Order” to continue

5. Create a new account or sign in

5. Enter your credit card details and complete your payment. Make sure to type your name the way it appears on the card.

6. You will receive push notifications confirming your order and with real-time status updates as we prepare your food and bring it to you.

Extremely bad experience to order online! Rather it's quicker to order in store and collect order within 15 minutes as an average. I placed order online, payment was deducted but the app has builtin bug due to which it was unable to check the payment status. When I visited the store then cashier told that app has to be closed and restarted to get payment status updated. It took almost 1 hour to collect order whereas walk-in customers were ordering and picking up their orders within 15 minutes!!

I do not recommend using this app. + + I ordered and accidentally entered the wrong CVV number. The order was canceled, but the money was still deducted from my account. This has happened to me twice. + + The worst part is that when I try to contact their customer support (which is only available via phone), the call always hangs up while I'm waiting to speak with someone.

The app is not helpful... before making the order it showed me 25-35 minutes waiting time ... But then... It gave me 1 hour waiting time after deducting my money and... Did not give me option of cancellation after the money is deducted... Very bad app... And to make my experience worse... When I reached the restaurant... I still had to wait for 15 minutes because only 2 employees were serving the app based orders where the serving was not according to the number but according to the arrival
