Very upset after recent updates on June 10th. App won't open my cameras. My phone says there's a bug in the app. Not sure if uninstalling it will work but I don't want to reinstall my cameras on the app. Way to difficult since the qr code stickers have peeled off. I'm m just not happy.. update after uninstalling the app it works and thankfully it saved all of my cameras without resetting them up

The whole system is below average. The alarm doesnt work properly. I can set it to human detection only and it will still give me motion alerts for the wind blowing. Then when I go to open the notification and see the alert message, it doesn't display until several hours later. Also my device goes offline every orher day and I will have to manually turn it back on and consequently not record anything during that time frame. The customer support sucks and they cant seem to help me with the issues

Cameras are absolutely wonderful, great picture, great audio... But the app is complete trash!... Keeps saying "offline", "playback failed"... Like if something were to happen on my property, I wouldn't know because I can't ever playback the video so it's almost pointless... Kinda wishing I hadn't wasted my money and time on these
