It's a great idea. The app works smoothly. Unfortunately, the experience is hit or miss. Sometimes, restaurants have great leftovers for you; other times, they have nothing, and you feel scammed like they just wanted to get you in the door. Often, they way overinflate the advertised price of the amount of food you're getting. Customer service is great at refunding you when there's an issue, but the inconsistency makes it hard to want to make the drive.

It's a good idea. Packages are "good" and not "amazing" for their prices. Feels like they should all cost a little less than they do. Some places even want you to bring your own box. Wish there was a way to have it delivered as the pickup time windows are pretty inconvenient. Overall I haven't been wowed by anything but it's a nice idea that prevents waste.

Not liking the latest update. Requiring location permissions for app functionality is invasive and unnecessary. Also, swapping map "dots" for large store logos/icons is distracting and makes the map difficult to read.... Instead- enable more filter, sort, and search settings (in browsing AND favorites tabs) to seek AND/OR eliminate. Also, the "transaction description" ratings should be available. Display THOSE scores in the "details" view- and average THOSE to calculate the overall rating.
