Frustrating The app itself is good, information of flights and notifications mostly on time and helpful. The issue is the brick wall between this and the parking side of the app. This needs another login, once you're logged in to the heathrow app and choose parking, yes.. log in again! Then book parking, enter rewards details, sometimes they get credited, sometimes they don't! Go to view your parking booking in the app after paying..... no bookings found! So simple, yet seemingly so difficult

Could be a really useful app. Seems to be delayed in flight status (edit: does not update with delays) and would be very nice to be able to add previously booked parking. Otherwise, it's a clean interface and it's nice to have all Heathrow related things in one place. I can maybe see myself using this for future travel. However, I'd not want to rely on it for active flight status.

Points for purchases, at any terminal, never get credited to your account. And if you try to claim them it is almost impossible. Only 10 claims per year are allowed. And only one receipt per claim. That is providing you are able to find out how to do a claim in the first place. Also the confirmation email you receive after you make a claim always asks you for a lot of extra details(looks suspicioualy like a phishing email).
