Only slightly more use than a chocolate fireguard. As mentioned the wifi test is very hit and miss in actually working and when it does the results rarely reflect reality. The trouble shooter redirects me to my account's broadband offer for halo 3 (I entered a 2 year contract for FTTP a month ago). The Engineer speed test seems permanenlty broken . The app requires me to set a pin to get in but then promptly forgets I've set a pin and asks me to set one again.

Can't whate for my contract to end! The signal is bad. Constantly, I need to reboot and hope it will work. Apparently, you can't block just one website as per the adviser on the phone, where Google says you can. App never works. I'm trying to manage my subscriptions from PC that also don't work! Shockingly sh..! Aww, and to get connected with support as a minimum of 40 min

Hopeless. I used this app to frequently check my mobile usage when abroad and to see my home telephone bill. Now they have locked me out of my account altogether for some reason. I can see nothing. Used another account to change login details and get authorisation, still can't use the app, keeps saying something went wrong, I have no way of checking anything with my BT account. All seems to have gone wrong since the change over to digital voice which is hopeless. UPDATED App still not working.
