Had terrible experience todsy as was a 1st day and whenever i logged in , app automatically switched on to Go mini, instead of selected Go mini flexi, thus down graded the rating as my choice of working was of 2nd option.

So many time in peaks hours customer make a booking and the same time they are calling Hurry up and come to my location if we tell them it's traffic here I'm on my within way 3-5 they don't want to wait and they will cancel the booking and I think they can also rate us even we didn't start the trip with them that is the reason my rating is going down completion %also reduce so who is fault here. They is no other bridge in business bay where directly land to the customer,so many signals & traffic

Careem is the worst application for delivery drivers the mostly orders are above 15 km pickup and support team said if you will not go to pickup once your account is block. The good business not forced to the related persons. I had been closed the I'd and did want to work with careem. The new commer thinking 100 times before to join the careem because after you have no option.
