Your closest store is selected with useful time data. +1 Sadly, it still does not tell you were to find the item in the store, like which department. Even worse, it does not even allow me to see / filter, if the item is even available in the store to begin with. I have to select an item first to see this. Click and collect is kind of useless for female clothing cause sizes differ per brand. Please add a click and fit option then.

I don't understand why the delivery choices are so inflexible. The app splits the order into three and then wants to charge for me each delivery or collection, i.e., three times. It's an outrageous con. It's Monday and I want to collect it all on Saturday, but that's not an option. The app insists I collect items on different days, pay £1.99 for the privilege each time, and collect them with 48-hours. I tried to email them and received a Delivery Status Notification (Failure). Absolute joke.

After each click there's loading screen. Removed items are randomly added when trying to finalize order. Random errors appears on some screen. Some screens looks unfinished. Sometimes I'm logged out without a reason. No clear indication when shipping will be free, with 1 item I could get it shipped for free, with 3 items I would have to pay.
