I can't expand video on news stories without it going to the advertisers' page. And yes, I updated the app. Really need to work on the expanding video option. 06.01.2024: This App needs to be fixed for Android phone using consumers. When I try to read a news story, it takes forever for the page to load on my Samsung 24+ phone. IT Professionals are just like any governmental bodies. They can only fix problems that they themselves created in the first place.

Previous iteration of the app was far superior. Much easier to get to the news and especially navigation of weather. I understand the need for advertising but the level of click bait and embedded advertising is horrendous. The app went from practical to useless with the refresh. The UX designer on this either was told they didn't have a say or didn't get customer input on the beta.

Absolutely hate the update. I used to use this app multiple times a day. This new format is aweful. The old format was perfect. Everything was right at your fingertips. It give you the option to create an account and personalize it to you but everytime I try it gives me an error message. Will be finding a different news app. Very disappointing
