I love Donatos pizza. With that said I absolutely can not stand their app. It needs completely overhauled. Go to deals and have to select the deal and go and place all the items of the deal in the cart just for it to never even work. Please do something about your app. I would order lunch more frequently if it was quick and easy to actually do and the deals actually worked as well.

Update: 5/17/24. This app is completely useless. It never loads, lets you log in, and crashes each time I open it. End up using the website to order every time. Donatos should get rid of the app altogether if they're not going to bother to update it and fix it. Last update was 9 months ago. Original review: 2/2023. App never lets you log in. It asks for my fingerprint but doesn't actually log me in, and when I press the log in button, the screen just closes out.

The most horribly dysfunctional app I've ever tried to use. Try to place an order, app starts to take order then blip! You're back at the beginning screen, like you never entered anything... over and over and over. And since everything is automated, can't get thru to store to place an order. This has been going on a LONG time... for crying out loud, don't any of the higher ups in the company know anything about this ongoing long term problem of customers not being able to place orders????
