Worst service Tried to contact the Web chat to complain about the network, because of course calling the company is chargeable, and the app is not designed to help, it gives me some choices to choose, however what I am seeking is not there, therefore my issue is still, and can't resolve it, and now after this bad experience the app is asking me to rate, what a silly app. The coverage is worst in the area can't make calls or even use data, and if I send sms, it takes ages to be sent.

Why do I have to turn on my data to check the balance in my wallet and not the wifi ? It's really annoying and doesn't make any sense ! I provide the correct password .. it's MY number .. it's MY account .. it's MY money ! And it's not my fault there isn't enough coverage to keep the data on and use it all the time ! I'm switching to etisalat cash .. it's user friendly , faster and more convinient

The app is not flexible to have full features when not connected on VF 4G. Using a username and password doen not help i. e using wifi or different 4G network. More, the app needs to be faster in performance to make transactions. The app doesn't allow versatile platform to transfer money out of wallet to another wallet!
