Since the so-called update to the Food Lion To Go app in August, I have no longer been able to order groceries. Whenever I try to order them on the Food Lion app, it says there are no time slots available...not even next week. The To Go app no longer works. I can't order on the website either. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apps and restarting my phone. Still stuck with ordering groceries from Walmart. Strangely, Walmart started delivering to my area just when this app went bad.

The Food Lion app is a decent tool for grocery shopping, but it could definitely use a refresh. The user interface feels a bit outdated, and a more modern design would make it easier to navigate. Additionally, incorporating some AI features, like personalized recommendations or recipe suggestions, could enhance the user experience.

You are a small grocery store app with coupons and sales ads. OK, and shopping, whichI never use. Stop making me verify myself as a human whenever I scroll through coupons. There is no threat from my end, other than I can scroll through quickly. It required me to 3x and I "passed" as a human all 3 times, and now I'm blocked for no reason. Usually, it only asks once, which still screws up everything on the app and I'm forced to exit what I'm in the middle of doing. Enough already, it's coupons!!!
