easy to use and convenient for fare purchases. activating passes is super simple, just scan your phone and you are good to go. Using the trip planner took me some time to figure out why I couldn't get any results after selecting departure and arrival locations...I wasn't getting results but there isn't clear instructions or buttons to indicate you want results such as "enter". I would suggest this be changed.

App refuses to open without cycling airplane mode several times and when I get it to open it won't sign me in. Had to create a new account and and the closest I got to signed in was it trying to tell me I had the app on another device and that I needed to call customer service. I've been out of state for 11 years.

Horrible , I purchased two week tickets on the app, one right after the other so I could get to work. Both week passes never showed up but I still got charged !!! As well as missed a day to work. ...time to buy a car ...
