Ratings and reviews

The rewards are pretty much garbage, and the app doesn't work well during the checkout portion. Needs way more work. Plus, what's with not being able to customize my food in the app? If I can order something without pickles in the drive thru, that option should be available via app, but it's not. It's only offered exactly as is with no modifications. Come on. It's 2024, and that feature is not advanced.

WORST RESTAURANT APP EVER! It is slow and difficult. Can't redeem any deals with ordering in the app. Delivery through DoorDash is always an issue. I type in the correct address, but it sends it to another part of the county. I have to call the Dasher to make sure they know where to go. This issue can't be blamed on Google Maps, as I have verified the address on there. Also, who puts Captcha's on an app???? It always messes up and then I can't order before the cut off time. Terrible app!

I order from here quite often. One of the best fast food chains with a variety of whatever you'd like. However twice there has been missing food from my order. If the food wasn't so good I would stop ordering from here. The most recent one was a 12 piece and 3 pieces of chicken was missing.
