Half the time, the app just doesn't work. I log in and then it tells me an error has occurred. I try again multiple times for the next 15 min. Nothing changes. It only works when I force a shutdown, restart my phone, or uninstall and reinstall the app. None of those options will work 100% of the time. Just got to hope the next time you're lucky. When it does work, it's fine I guess. It would just be better if I could get past the login page without issue. Hopefully, they will fix this issue soon

Not only will you be unable to log in half the time, but often hitting the button will send you to a fail screen while putting your info in and waiting is the real way to log in. Using the app to ask for time off doesn't work for many companies as they auto deny it, and half the time if you need to call off the button to do so will mysteriously just not be there. Sometimes when your schedule changes you just won't get an alert. Terrible, I truly wish businesses would make their own apps instead.

Seems like every time I plan to go to work, I spend 20 minutes wrestling with this garbage app and say forget it. I uninstall/reinstall, get new passwords, enter/reenter passwords (TWELVE character passwords, btw)... all this aggravation just to find out what time the real aggravation starts. Its not worth it. I hate this app and I hate FedEx for making me use it.
