Ratings and reviews

This company doesn't care for it's international travelers. I had to place the same order THREE times because the "driver" couldn't find the proper location after I was very specific about my location. The customer service rep was NOT helpful and didn't provide any recourse but to keep refunding my money....what about the fact that I still need my items. This company needs to get it together. I would suggest using a different app if you find yourself traveling to Ireland.

This is the worst app I've been ordering from McDonald's,KFC and other restaurants but I never got my food and it's always write that the food was delivered and when I call their client service or the restaurant nobody wants to pick up but it's rigging. I have wasted a lot of MY MONEY for this scamming app

After it forced me to update to the most recent version, I can't check out using the app. When I click "order and pay" after selecting debit card as the payment method, it redirects me to a webpage within the app, that just says "pay with card" and has a picture of a card, and a box below that with a picture of a lock, but nothing else and no option to choose from my saved cards. It stays stuck on that page and won't do anything, so now I have to use the website instead if I want to pay.
