LOGIN WITH A SINGLE PIN

In order to use Kuveyt Türk Mobile, all you have to do is set your password. Once you have verified your device with the security steps, Kuveyt Türk Mobile recognizes you and allows you to log in quickly with a single PIN you specify.



FIRST PASSWORD

Can be obtained by calling the Kuveyt Turk Call Center at 444 0 123 or through the Instant Password menu on the Internet Branch. Our corporate customers need to contact their branches to obtain their passwords for the first time.



VERIFICATION

You will need to verify your device when logging in for the first time to Kuveyt Türk Mobile. The verification must be done by connecting to the Internet via your GSM number that is registered at our bank (If not done with your registered GSM number, you will be asked to approve your device through the Call Center). After verifying a device you can give approval for using Kuveyt Türk Mobile on other devices as well.

Ratings and reviews

Donations money transfer doesn't work, it keeps shutting the app everytime. Customer call center not been helpfull to me for example on matters such swift transfer, visa POS transactions cleance/posting etc. The worst part is the branch never answer my emails or phone calls. Pathetic. Compared to others, the app is better than many other banks but call center and customer services are the worst.

I went to the market with my two babies and when it comes to pay for my groceries, guess what ?! Yeah! There is no connection! I tried to check it out from Kuveytturk Mobile, but again, it doesn't start because they said "a new version is available ". But when I go to the play store, it was the same app. Still, I uninstalled and reinstalled again, but the problem remains the same. What do you expect me to do ? I have been using only this back to avoid usury, please solve the problem ASAP.

Worst experience with a bank, I cancelled my credit card (which I didn't ask for in the first place) and still get messages with deadlines that I have debts to pay, closing my account.
